RANGERS UNITE!
This lesson plan and diagram is for a large group physical education game called "Power Rangers". It is a Frisbee throwing, catching and blocking game. During the game, 4 teams of "Power Rangers" attempt to capture the other team's "Life Source" by spinning a frisbee to one of their designate "Command Rangers" located in their Command Centers!
The kids really enjoy this game and they will leave the gym with smiles on their faces and will be asking you if they really have to leave. The game requires some frisbees, 4 mats, 4 hula hoops, some beanbags and a few cones for boundary lines.
